職位介紹: 職責(zé)描述： Key Responsibilities: Director and Associate Director Level: ? Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of scientists, responsible for team expansion, training, and daily operations. Ensure compliance with EH&S and operational requirements. ? Optimize the existing in vitro and in vivo assay on autoimmune disease and inflammation platforms and develop new capabilities to meet evolving market demands. ? Cultivate and expand the customer base on a global scale, promoting platform services through collaboration with the business development and marketing teams. ? Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various functions within the department, division, and company to enhance client services and build capabilities. ? Establish and maintain productive communication and relationships with worldwide business partners, fostering strong business ties with internal and external clients. ? Provide scientific support to Business Development teams and clients, addressing inquiries about WuXi Biology's in vitro and in vivo capabilities and data packages, working closely with the global team. Assistant Director Levels: ? Support the Director in managing the team, including team expansion, training, and daily operations. ? Contribute to the optimization of the in vitro and in vivo assay platforms to meet market demands. ? Collaborate with colleagues across functions and assist in maintaining and expanding the customer base. ? Communicate with business partners, supporting scientific inquiries and maintaining relationships. ? Demonstrate leadership and contribute to team growth and development in an industrial setting. 任職要求： Qualifications: Director and Associate Director Level: Ph.D. in biological sciences, with over 5 years of relevant industrial experience. A strong track record of publications in molecular and cell biology research, along with demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution within an industrial setting. In-depth knowledge of cellular signaling pathways and familiarity with cutting-edge technologies. Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication. Ability to work with a large customer base and a dynamic supporting team to drive robust business growth. Strong leadership and people management skills in an industrial setting. Assistant Director Levels: Qualifications similar to the Director Level, with consideration for relevant experience and educational background. Preferred qualifications: International education and work experience. Experience in large CRO (Contract Research Organization) companies is a plus.
